UConn Tri-Campus IT Request Form
In order to assist you with technical related problems please fill out this request form. Your request will be copied as written into our Tri-Campus Service Request program. We will review your request and assign a technician. We are able to handle urgent requests immediately but most request will be resolved within 1 to 3 days. Occasionally when event scheduling requires additional support from our staff or Storrs personnel, your request may take longer. If a problem exists that would prevent us from responding, you will be contacted. If you are unable to fill out this form, call 236-9822.
Please remember that a phone call should only be used if you are unable to send the request via this form.
If you are unable to reach us via phone and this is an emergency situation, contact the Campus front desk and they will contact us.
